I am an artist-philosopher,
FACILITATOR, RESEARCHER AND
TRANSLATOR.
I am drawn to ecotones: the fertile edges where different ecosystems merge and enrich one other.
It is where the forest meets the mountain, the river the sea.
It is also where the rational blends with the relational, where farming and rewilding interweave, where art meets philosophy and new worlds are made.
I hope to glean the wisdom and wonder that arise from these ecotones and to embody and share them the best I can.
I believe it is in the ecotones we might find the antidotes and alternatives to the polycrises of our time. Through them we can learn to flourish: to rewild our minds, guts, soils, societies, and the ecosystems we are intrinsically part of.

One such ecotone is the Lahn Avatar, created during my 2025 Art and Science Fellowship at JLU Giessen: an AI-embedded sculpture that does not give a river its voice, but tries to attune us to the one already there.
As a LECTURER/FACILITATOR I have explored topics such as interspecies relations, deep time, acting techniques for empathy, the creative process, and what it means to embody the values of the future today.
As an ACTRESS, I am best known as Princess Leia in Star Wars Rogue One and a role in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but mainly I have had lead roles in international feature films.
I am a VOCALIST in Necessary Animals (UK), and sing Nordic Folk.
As a DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKER, I have collaborated on projects in the Netherlands, Brazil, Norway, and the UK.
